Is there a way to add a link to the Knowledge Centre within the web widget?

We are looking at using the feature to bring through articles in the chat widget in order for our customers to self serve. However we would really like there to be an option to just go to the Knowledge Centre as well as search for a particular article. Has anyone found any customisation options that allow this?

Are you referring to the search feature in web widget? If the help center is enabled in the web widget, customers are presented with help center search first. When the Web Widget (Classic) opens, it includes both self-service and the contact button.
