Making an article public behind authentication

    Hi Antonio,

    If you setup your guide portal as "require sign-in, unfortunately, it is not possible to make certain articles visible publicly. I would suggest using user segments and disabling the authentication required in your portal.

    User segment enables you to restrict viewing access to specific users based on tags, organizations, or groups by applying custom user segments (see Creating user segments to restrict access).
