Integrate Slack thread into Zendesk ticket view

The ability to add a slack conversation/thread into the Zendesk ticket via the APPs section in the ticket itself. A use case would be, adding the slack thread into the ticket and just having to go into the ticket to see the thread conversation without having to go to slack.
