We are using the Zendesk Messaging SDK for Customer Support and at the moment we have basic integration. (It literally opens the Zendesk screen with no additional configuration).
We are going to use the Zendesk messaging to send people there who wish to delete their account. So I'd like to set an initial message or subject or something to let Zendesk know that this is specifically an "I'd like to delete my account" message and not just usual support call.
I was expecting to be able to set some message text or something but it looks like that isn't an option.
What's the best way of setting an "intent"(?) of the contact when using the SDK?
