Result metric calculation not working with comments

I am trying to create a report using the result metric calculation, but for some reason its never showing the calculation. I am simply trying to divide the count(comments) by count(tickets created).
Is there some reason that this is not calculating?

I did a test on my end and I was able to get a result. I will be roping you into a ticket so that we can check this further. Please check your email for my message and we can continue from there.
