    Hi Gregor,

    You can use the metrics "Tickets created - Last 7 days" and "Tickets created - Previous 7 days" and then add the attributes "Ticket created - Day of week" in the Column.

    Hi Noly,

     

    Would it be at all possible to do this with tickets updated as opposed to tickets created as our current report is like this 

     

     

    But we'd like the ability to make a report that does this but also for the same day but on the previous week automatically? I understand it would have to be done as a dashboard as two separate reports but am struggling to find the functionality with tickets created as opposed to tickets updated.?

    Hi Gregor,

    Unlike the Support- Tickets dataset, the Update history dataset is used primarily to show ticket updates and changes and lacks the metrics to make the comparison you need.
