    It sounds like you need two views. Together, these would show assigned tickets in a group and unassigned tickets within the team. 

    one with a condition of

    • Group is 'X'
    • Assignee is '-'


    and another with the conditions of 

    • Group is 'X'
    • Assignee is not '-'
