Limits on offset-based pagination (OBP) May 20. 2024. pending update - Will that affect also Android and iOS SDK users?

Hello Zendesk,

This is Backo, EM from Strike.

We have 2 integrations with Zendesk SDK - Android and iOS.

Recently, we have received your notice that from May 20. 2024. you will be implementing limits on offset-based pagination (OBP) which was announced in early 2023.

Our developers checked your docs and could not find anything related to Android or iOS SDK's but only web related ones.

Can someone from your end confirm that this update will not affect mobile SDK's users?

Hi Backo! This shouldn't affect any mobile SDKs, however I did see that some team on your instance uses the PHP client and they should update that to the newest version. So it likely doesn't concern the mobile team specifically, just make sure to spread the word to any other eng. teams in the event they're using that!
