How to convert Total time spent (sec) in Total time spent (hour) in a report in Explore

Hello,

I try to have the average time spent by ticket in hours.
At this stage, i'm using the metric “Total Time spent (sec)".

How to have the same data I obtain in hours ?

    Hey Renaud,
     
    You can create a custom metric and take the total time spent and multiple it by 3600 to get the same value in hours like below.
