Feature Request Summary: 

Average Next reply time dataset in Explore.
 

Description/Use Cases: 

To be able to see the next reply time between end user comments and an agent reply.

 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

We are not able to measure the average next reply time for SLA customers.
