Targets now becoming Webhooks

Hello, 

I used to have a target that allowed me to add an action to a trigger. The action was “target>Internal note”. This meant that an internal note would populate on specific ZD tickets based on criteria that the ticket met. 

It looks like that target no longer exists and cannot be recreated. Does anyone have experience using webhooks? According to the targets page, that's what we should be using now.
