Overtime Tracking

For agents who are on Overtime, we need to plot workstreams / or activity so as not to impact adherence. But if we modify the schedule to match the adherence, it will not count anymore as overtime on the agent attendance page since it is now part of the schedule. How do we then report on the true overtime of agents or separate original scheduled time from overtime?

Follow Up on these, please.
I agree with the sentiments, Tymeshift is too restricted when it comes to overtime plotting, for the overtime to count we need to extend the original schedule. Why not just allow additional shifts to be plotted outside the original scheduled hours? That way even if the overtime is after an hour or 2 from the plotted schedule we can still plot it and it will be reflected as a scheduled headcount.
