Hi Leonardo! Can you confirm that you have a custom object that has a key called “available”? I just want to check because it's similar to our example docs here and if you're looking for just a checkbox, you would need to call out the specific keys for all of those checkboxes. If you had more than one, you would need to use the “or” array for this.
If you do have a checkbox with “available” as a key, let me know and we can investigate this further!

Hi Raghav! I was initially reproducing the behavior that you noted, but I also saw that my gradle version was out of date, so I upgraded that. After I performed that upgrade, the issue was no longer present and it's running perfectly on all API versions from 21-25 for me. Could you check to see if you have the option to upgrade and let me know if that resolves it for you as well?

Hi Jason!
I'm not familiar with ZenPy's mechanisms, but calling an article via our API should increment the view count each time. You could check this by looking at the Views by Channel method in Explore. If you are caching the responses somewhere, then that would potentially be why you aren't seeing it increment.

Hey Ron, sorry about that, looks like they gave you the wrong link. To get the URL of a recording, you actually need to use the List Comments endpoint (and the corresponding ticket ID of the call) and retrieve the URL from the `recording_url` property that will be returned.

Hi Daniel,
You are correct that in this situation, you would need to permanently delete the entire ticket. The API is definitely an option, there are also third-party apps that can help if you prefer that method. Take a look at this article for more info and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Anthony, sorry for the delay here…could you let me know if regenerating the secret and using that instead of the old one has presented the same problem for you?

Hi David!
It sounds like there may be a piece missing in the payload, with the usual culprit being a missing `email_verified` parameter. Take a look at this documentation to see all the steps and if you are doing everything there and still seeing this issue, let me know and I'll open a private ticket so that we can investigate this further.

Hi Neil!
I'll review this with our SDK team to get the wording correct and we'll make any necessary changes after that. Thanks for flagging this!

Hi Zac!
I reached out to the team that handles this and it looks like this isn't something that we need to handle on our side. We utilize an AWS service for APNs, which means that we don't need to communicate directly with APNs. This means that everything should be just fine on the production switch date, but if you do encounter any issues, please let us know!
