+1 I agree with everyone. It's working i Zendesk Talk with an admin who can control the service without an licens

I'm also curious how to use "downtime announcement". Ideally that would be a dedicated greeting option which would be placed first in case of use.

+1 Agree Even tho it is possible to report on article edits in insight, insight is closing down in february.  Please implement this metric in Zendesk Explore
