"Waiting for Client" is needed, not just "Pending" or "On Hold". Some use statuses differently. At least we should have the option to decide what works best for us.

As has been mentioned by so many on this forum since 2011, additional custom statuses are needed. I would expect Zendesk to post something on this thread as to the reasoning to not allow this type...
