Thanks Dave - odd that it's not consistent (I am using Workspace).  Some do it, some don't.  I'll watch closer to study the behavior (fields, not comments as advised).

Does anybody know why certain fields sometimes turn blue after submitting a ticket?  It doesn't do it every time and on tickets with exactly the same workflow and trigger sometimes it does, sometimes not.  

From what I've been able to deduce, it's affects the fields that are filled as part of a trigger.  I haven't seen any documentation about this, so I don't know if there's a purpose for it.

I have this functionality in my HC 1.7 API v1, as specified in the referenced article.  Been working great for a long time.  We are looking to move to 2.19 API v2 and have a HC set-up for that.  Ready to make it the live one, except the v1 code does not work in it.  

Is there any updated code for the new templating version, or otherwise some different method to restrict forms in HC submission to certain organizations?

Hi Ifra: THANK YOU! Works perfectly! One question, if I may...how do I change the box position? It's at the very top immediately below the header. I'd like to move it down to be more readable.

I want to have a pop-up modal appear on the new requests page.  I have it working as I want with the below code.  The problem I'm having is: When the page opens it pops up (good).  But when the form (we have multiple) is chosen it pops up again (not good).  

One or the other is ok, preferably the latter - after they select the form. Just need it to show once.  Any help is appreciated. I am not a coder so if you have solution please treat me as a simpleton.  Thanks!

Discover the issue. In the display settings > thousands separator > "," there was a space - prob a fat finger after originally entering the comma. So, lesson learned - don't press the space bar after entering configs!
