Hi! +1!!! Also when I add a multi-select and data ticket fields Zendesk doesn't note me that are not visible on web widget! We absolutely need these features on ours web widgets. Thanks. Maria

Hi. +1 We need to offer another Zopim instance to a business partner. Zopim doesn't guarantee complete separate chat visualization for incoming chat request when an agent is connected. Thanks
