The Web Widget is fantastic but would greatly benefit from this product update. Currently, Kaltura videos do not appear in the web widget at all - only a blank space, causing frustration and confusion for our customers. Having a notecard/alert that the article contains video media would be more helpful than the blank screen. Can this be implemented for the time being?

We need this too. All our our Help Center articles are video tutorials, which do not appear in the web widget!
