I can only agree with everyone else here in the thread, the integration with Teams is absolutely necessary for us to be able to work with Zendesk fully and that we get value for the service.

We are experiencing exactly the same problems, but we will just try to use our mobiles instead of softphones, thus, the ring tone will be heard in the mobile phone and with the right kind of headse...
