We are on the Basic version. Hence we cannot use the schedule.

Basically, I want to generate an automatic first reply when clients send a ticket during the weekend.

Possible?

Our users are requesting a way to submit a new post on our community without having to log in. 

Can we add a feature to allow anonymous posts with spam control?
