Can Guide articles be marked as "favorites"? Some of my agents would like quick access to the articles they use most. 

Are there plans in the future to be able to change the layout of the agent workspace so that phone apps don't hide the User Data section?

The whole point is that I don't want to have to select the dates on every tab. It's time consuming and if I forget, I'm reporting the wrong numbers. 

When using Explore for reports, it is very frustrating that my date range doesn't transfer to different tabs. Since I can't see my satisfaction scores on the same page as agent activity, it would be a huge time saver, and ensure accuracy if the date I enter on the first tab stays constant throughout all the tabs.
