Merge IF same email

Hello, 

My client email use again before we get the time to reply. 

I want to take all my 10000 emails and automatically merge ticket if the sender has the same email : creating only 1 ticket as OPEN and solving the new one. 

I can't do it one by one with 10K emails 

Possible ?
