We enabled Messenger now that we have Agent workspace and really like the ease of Flow Builder. However, we noticed there is no way to set a time element to when messages should pop up. Ideally it'd be nice to have ability to resurface a message if someone has gone silent OR even start the flow X seconds after landing on the page rather than just immediately. We miss this about triggers in chat

This urgently needs to be added as it is vital to have connected emails for processes to work. 

Manually checking daily is another "to-do" that I'd like to avoid.

Hope this comes soon as having the option would be key. For us, it is beneficial information during the week but not so much over the weekend.
