I also find it useful to use SCIM provisioning. I want all of our employees to be able to log into Zendesk as End users via SSO, SCIM would be helpful to add an account for them.

It is so frustrating that this is not a feature, also when you are building the help center ticket forms you have to go through 6 steps just to see the forms.
We pay a ton of money for Zendesk, this should be a built in feature.

Any updates on this? Splitting into another instance is not ideal and would love to be able to restrict a subset of tickets from most agents.
