We also require the option to remove all CC's from a ticket.

Hi, I have recently noticed that the option to insert iframes is no longer available in articles within HC as it was within Forums or is this option just different?

Also i am looking for a way automatically post articles in to the HC preferably by emailing these across to a designated mailbox. We have weekly reports that are generated outside of zendesk and would like to get them visible to our customers in an automated way, any suggestions or guidance would be great.

This is a need of our business too.

 

We use Zendesk to deal with multiple emails across 50 accounts.

 

Some contacts may email us 50 times per week and as a result have requested us to turn off this feature completely.
