I understand there is no way to cc all organization's users automatically, but is there a way to add a single cc to all correspondence within an organization? i.e. bob ordered something and we reply to him and mary in accounting needs to be cc'ed automatically. Any way to automate this on an organizational level?

ComentarioEnd-user guide for Help Center

Was there a recent update to this (like today?), search results are pulling in articles without the keyword and seem to have flipped the sort order we were seeing yesterday and it's causing some mayhem. How can we fix this?

Any update ZenDesk? Recovering 20 emails a day, and this directly affects our levels of customer support. I have a 1 hour turnaround, except for these suspended tickets and I find it unacceptable.

+1 for this functionality, implementing this into a call center that is seasonal, during the slow season, they may be in a different tab or not have the headset on, it would be great to have the option for the alert to go thru main computer speakers.

+1 on the formatting of the table... column text running together, not showing border, coding in cell buffer seemingly has no effect. It's like any type of style markup is not working properly... please advise.
