@antonionaddeo - for the multiple languages could you use a different label for each language, and then display results for the appropriate label depending on the user's language?

For our site it only shows after you log in - but that's because the section we have the article in is locked to logged in users only. Worked perfectly straight away for us :)

I want to use the exact example in this article, ie tracking based on user role. Does anyone have a corrected script for this that doesn't break everything?
Thanks!

Hi Tal
Thank you so much! I made a couple of changes to account for using a community post instead of an article, but it has worked perfectly.

Hi lovely Zendesk community
I've made some changes to the appears of our voting buttons in our Community, as users were getting confused with the up and down arrows. I've also used the 'label' option to get the 'x out of y' bit, and added some script in to change the text from 'found this helpful' to 'liked this'
This works really well initially, but unfortunately when you vote on the post, the label refreshes for the new count and so reverts to the old wording. Is there a way that I can either change the text without using a script, or get a script to run again once the value has changed?
Thanks,
Ola

OT hizo un comentario,
I've just been asked by our Customer Success team about attaching files to Community. We want users to be able to share their guides to our software with each other. These guides are all in Word and PDF format. Most of our users don't have access to somewhere they can upload files to for linking purposes, so they'd need to attach directly.
We've been trying to get users engaged in our Community, and now they want to but we can't offer the functionality!

This looks amazing, adding it to my help centre 'to do' list!
