Hi Dan,

We had an issue with with API that had some unexpected behaviour.
A deletion cannot be undone, but if we could disable it we could solve the unexpected behaviour and re-enable the key.

At this moment we can only delete a API key, I would like to purpose a disable function per API key. At this moment we can disable the API but then we would disable all API's. I know there is a option to delete the API key, but I'm after disabling them.

My request is simple, i just want to see the tickets that our agents are at that moment working on. You guys have the "eye" icon that shows when somebody is in the ticket. I want to have the option to create a view that only shows the tickets with the "eye" icon.

At this moment, Zendesk only allows to create triggers on the HTML variant of the ticket.  There should be a option that also allows to make that trigger check the text or source of the ticket.

With this we can for example create better triggers for hyperlinks. At this moment you can only create a trigger based on the text placeholder

In below example I want to run a trigger on: https://www.triggeronthis, which is not possible at the moment, because I can only trigger on  "Fancy text here"

https://www.triggeronthis">Fancy text here

I can see the Text or Source variant already in ticket.

In the trigger there should be a extra condition

Sourcs - is - HTML
Source - is - Text
Source - is - Source
