Hello, I'm curious about the content in my current help center. If we update / customize the generic 'Copenhagen' theme, is it safe to assume the content in the categories and sections we have created will remain unaffected? Our dev team will be streamlining a custom theme in our existing help centers into a new one that has about 70% of the articles already created and awaiting approval. Just want to be certain....

Hi Dave,
This is helpful although I'm not sure if I'm trying to place this line of code in the right space in the header code (disclaimer: I'm not a developer):
I tried placing it where you said but i keep getting an error message in red when I click to publish.
Here is my header code in its entirty. Basically we just want the language menu to the right of the user name at the top.
{{t 'skip_navigation' }}
{{#link 'help_center'}}
{{#if settings.show_brand_name}}
{{/if}}
{{/link}}

We have a new help center in which we want to make it visible to users so that they can view it in one of two languages via a dropdown menu at the top of the main home page. This is available in our other existing help centers which I did not set up. What is the best way to do this? Is it through a Custom Theme?

Hi, I'm trying to add bullet points to a Help Center article using the open source code. These bullet points need to be embedded within the "color text boxes" we have created within the article for our readers to see as a "call to action". I've played with the html code a bit (a newbie at this) and have been able to create and maintain the spacing, span, color text box but every time I try to add my unordered
or ordered list
For example: The bullet points are there for my unordered items yet my color text box pushes out of bounds from the rest of the content. Here is a sample image of my text, I just need to add the bullets preceding each of the 4 points. And here is the code I've copied and pasted (hence the disordered, smashed up view) that matches the portion of the image.
IMPORTANT: Any changes made to these fields will change these values in all modules of the application. The following fields must be completed: Date of birth of each investor.Retirement age of each investor.Income before and after retirement, as the case may be.The start and end dates for each cash flow.
