ComentarioSupporting multiple languages in Help Center

I managed to add the Dynamic Content to the Guide. Normal Text/HTMl is working but when adding a placeholder it is not rendering and is displayed as a text for example it shows

"{{ticket.title}}" instead of the actual ticket title . Any clue ?

hi all - 

In regards "Using article suggestion search when an end-user submits a support request"

is it possible to show the articles suggested list when filling a custom text field like it does with the Subject ?

Jacob Bailey not clear - ANY white text? how would Zendesk know the ticket to update based on the white text that was included in  the ServiceNow email sent ?
