Hola. Estamos usando la suite Support Proffesional la cual inlcuye Chat. Tambien tenemos Sell Proffesional.

Hola. Alguien sabra la razon por la cual usuarios con el rol colaborador se muestran con la palabra (obsoleto) al lado?

We need to remove widgets from the channel/widget menu in zendesk support. Whe we create a new widget, there is no way, button or option to remove it.

NOTE: im not talking about the widget scritp, im talking about the widget configuration in zendesk.

Como elimino un widget creado en el panel de widgets?

Actually to add incidents to a problem, we have to do it one by one...  It would be better if we can select them all and add them to the problem we want to (just like fusion works)
