Hi, this is a pain point for us as well. Would love for the ability to have "start over" as a flow step to prompt our visitors back to the top of the flow. Right now it will take them 2-3 steps or clicks to get there.

Would like the ability to leave autoreponses (via triggers) to idle end users that chat with us. For example:
- 2 minutes of no response from end user, send a message to the end user
- 1 additional minute of no response, send a message to the end user
- 1 additional minute of no response, send a message to the end user, send a message to the end user and end the chat.
Today the chat trigger conditions don't let you accomplish this, and this was confirmed by the Zendesk chat team.

I didn't see an existing article about this, but it would be a plus if we could suppress and control the "Operating hours have started" notification for those with a chat license.
Not everyone with a license signs in to take chats, for example those that use the chat analytics tool, and we not have some channels open with messaging that don't sign in as well to work tickets (proactive messaging cases). The notification becomes a nuisance for those use cases.

While I like the changes to the admin center, 2 points of feedback that seem to be a step backward:
-The admin center is much slower than the old way for admin settings. Going to areas like tickets and forms takes much longer now.
-Not able to customize the color of admin center is a step down from the old settings. Being able to do this helped our admin know which environment they were working out of (production vs sandbox).

2nd this, this is especially important for when people change roles and no longer have access. Also as admins we should be able to see all dashboards no matter the case.

2nd this comment, would be beneficial to differentiate between role, light agent, and full agent. Would be nice to be able to also show default user properties (Group, Organization) and other user fields.
