I get 401 authentication error, and I want to know how to catch this error.  I use try/catch for callback(token), but it's not work.

Hi, 

I need guidance on managing the login between the web login and the Zendesk end-user messaging login to keep them both synchronized.

Typically, I set the web session and JWT token to expire at the same time. However, there may be additional scenarios as follows:

  1. If the user logs out from the web, it should also force a logout on Zendesk messaging. (In this case, the user did not click the logout button but closed the screen, and the web session expired on its own).
  2. If the JWT token expires but the user is still active on the web, I want to create a new JWT token. When the JWT token expires, is there an event that can detect the expiration of the JWT token so that the web can call to create a new JWT token?

My requirement detail:

1. I'm preparing Zendesk messaging bot for Hotel website.
2. When the chat widget get started, I want to display 3 menus, Answers.
   2.1) Check in - customer able to self check-in by themselves. For this menu, the bot will gather required information from the customer and transfer to the agent.
   2.2) Service request - customer who stay in their room able to contact support to get more service e.g. request more blanket.
   2.3) General inquiry
3. For item 2.1) and 2.2) I want to prepare the QR code to comfort the customer. For example if the customer want to get service request, they just scan the QR code in their room by their mobile, then the mobile will open the hotel website and open the chat widget automatically. I understand we can add additional parameter like room number into the custom ticket field without customer to enter.
4. My purpose is when the customer scan QR like Service request, can it start the Service request flow automatically. I don't want the customer to see the main menu and select the Service Request menu.

I upload image to the Zendesk using /api/v2/uploads and get the response image url, content_url, which I use it in the ticket comment with this format ![](content_url). The image able to display in the ticket comment properly as inline image. However, today I check that ticket comment again but this time the image unable to display. I copy the that image url and call it in the browser which it return the below screen.

How can I track this issue, please suggest me.

I try adding condition "Update via LINE" and "Comment text Contains at least one of the following words", it's not work. However, if I remove the condition "Comment text Contains at least one of the following words", the trigger work properly.

Hi Chandra,

I've tried many conditions/actions which both Set tags or Add tags, remove Ticket is Updated/Created and has only one condition "Comment text contains at least one of the following words", but the trigger never fired. I'm not sure the reason which is not fire because the channel messaging  can not detect comment text or not.

Hi,

My purpose is whenever the customer send message, via Messaging channel (LINE), which contains specific word e.g. urgent, the trigger will set the ticket tag e.g. urgent_request. I've tried to set the trigger but it never fired. The below image is my trigger configuration. Please suggest.

Hi

Our team send request to Zendesk api and get the error below: 

We get the error message:
Client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established

This error only occur for the company located in China, but when we call from other country e.g. Thailand, it can process successfully.

Please give us an instruction that where/how does we'll track the error and fix it.
