I would like to see strikethrough formatting added to the formatting options for a Zendesk support ticket.

Interesting that Zendesk is suggesting the use of a third-party extension, whereas in another ticket they have specifically recommended not to use them.

"We have to take a pretty strong stance on not supporting third-party extensions."

Something's changed as Microsoft Editor is now working.

Microsoft Editor works on every other Web page I have used. It does not work on the Zendesk Support edit boxes so there is something your code that is blocking Microsoft Editor from working.

Oddly in works in this edit box but not in your Support application.
