We are experiencing issues with this feature.   Sometimes we _are_ able to redact whatsapp tickets, but sometimes we are not.   This is independent of ticket status (open / pending / solved / close...

3. Change the order of the comments as an agent when viewing a ticket

+1 for this.  We get quite a lot of complaints from our agents since this update.
