Why is this feature only available for logged in users? This makes it hard and the login process for ZD Guide isn't exactly the best…smh

Requiring users to be signed in basically makes this a useless feature for us and for many other companies (judging by the comments). Any plans to enable this for non-signed in users?

Andrea Rodriguez (CD Baby) I feel for you on this one. Our help center supports 15 LANGUAGES!!!! This is not really manageable to maintain tbh. Hopefully an update will come soon.

James Rodewig Thank you for this great post! I just have one question, in this process, do we need to manually add the help article URL for every single article we want to get feedback on or will doing this allow every article that gets a downvote have a feedback option?

Pulkit Pandey Thanks for getting back to me on this! May you provide further information? I just want the information at the bottom of an article to display the total number of helpful votes, not the total number of helpful votes out of all votes. 

 

Currently, it says something like '10 out of 17 users found this helpful'. I'd want it to say '10 users found this article helpful'. Can we do this?

Greg Katechis Hello! I was hoping to do the same thing. However, on home_page.hbs I don't see an h2 in the code. I see an h3 with 'promoted_articles' listed. I've been experimenting to see how to change this to 'Frequently Asked Questions' but nothing seems to work. Do you have any insight on this to help?

Hello everyone,

We are curious to sample only displaying the helpful vote totals on customer facing articles. We want to see if hiding downvotes gets rid of any negative bias or tendency to join a trend of downvotes, etc..

Is there a way we can do this? All your advice and highly cherished!
