These pop up notifications, and especially the notifications that require a manual "X" out of to close, are really a hinderance to my efficiency in tickets. When going through the queue as quickly as possible, and needing to stop between every ticket to address these pop ups, it's really unideal. Would love an option to select what notifications pop up there, or to simply disable these notifications if desired!

When CC'ing an email in a ZD ticket that partially matches another email, it populates all partial matches as selections to CC. This seems unnecessary, as we are not searching, and rather pasting in an entire email.
Ex: When pasting in "testuser1@gmail.com" to the CC field in a ZD ticket, the options of instead CC'ing "testuser123@yahoo.com" and "testuser1testing@hotmail.com" will also populate as options to CC on the ticket.
Given that we're pasting in an exact email, populating completely unrelated user's seems like a privacy and security risk, given that they can mistakenly be selected to CC. Additionally, if the actual user (testuser1@gmail.com) doesn't have a user profile in ZenDesk yet, the other two, unrelated emails, will populate as selections ahead of the actual user we intend to CC.

Hi! I've noticed that with my team's move to Agent Workspaces recently, there are quite a few new features cluttering the ticket content as we work out of it. Mainly:
1. The title box constantly being visible/moving with us throughout the ticket, and
2. Any reviews left appearing in an additional box right below the title, and moving with us throughout the ticket as well
Personally, I don't see the benefit in having both of these constantly visible, as the title doesn't normally need to be referenced throughout, and the review definitely doesn't need to be.
A way to collapse or hide those boxes if selected would make for a much cleaner and less cluttered/busy experience in tickets.
