We need to be able to filter by groups and custom fields. Would really like to be able to have one place to adjust roles and groups on the same page. Going back and forth is a pain.

Set this up on one of my channels but it does not do any workflow when people @mention me on the channel. Does it not work in a specific Channel?

Greg Katechis I am having a similar issue where I am trying to create a proactive chat for a customer via the API and I am unable to. Is there a reason this functionality is being blocked?
