Kellie Aguilar you're absolutely right! We had it on ZD Chat, but when we moved to Messenger sadly we lost it and our customers had become accustomed to this convenient and reliable service from us. Zendesk Devs any chance we could get this feature back in Messenger? We have customers asking for it and considering our strong commitment to delightful user experiences the reintroduction of this tool will help us continue to serve on that promise to our users.

Hey ZD fam! Please rollover the "self send transcript" option from ZD Chat to Messenger. Since "upgrading" our account we've had customers asking about the ability to send transcripts of their chat and sadly we've lost this feature. When we were being sold on the newness and greatness of Messenger that would have been nice to know.

Hey ZD fam! We've been customers for nearly 10 years and we don't ask for much. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow us to choose which views are controlled by guided mode as we do not need an "all or nothing" solution here. I have several views that require specialized talent to work these queues and need more freerange to view and process that work. Often involving our fraud queues, copyright queues, refunds, etc and other extremely important time sensitive work that doesn't require GM oversight. At this point I really ONLY need GM for our Main inbox. Again we beg you to please build this for us (all ZD users) so we can get back to work and making our customers (and agents) happy.

Line breaks and copy/paste has become a nightmare since the new rollout when writing/editing tickets, especially from macros.
