It would be so much more useful if the actions included things like generating a task based on the trigger, or enrolling a deal in a sequence or even sending a templated email. But an actual "action" rather than just updating or changing a filed of deal card.

Additionally - having templates for txt messages would be incredible. So many messages are for the same purpose... requesting reviews; confirming appointments; asking for referrals; etc.

Customers dictate our preferred communications channels. We also use txt messaging for receiving pictures from customers of utility bills, damaged solar panels, electrical boxes, etc We also actively use txt messaging to request customer reviews and if we could create sequences with txt messages that would be incredible.

Additional comment: Some customers are reporting that when we call them their phone displays "Potential Spam" warning. We need to avoid that at all costs.

I second that one... I am guessing it is in the Q somewhere in the product dev Zenverse but wanted to add that it would awesome to see the txt capabilities expanded. They are super basic at this point. Even things like receiving SMS with pics, we get customers sending us pics of utility bills, damaged solar panels, electrical boxes, etc and we can't get those at this time.

Need the ability for our business name to appear on Caller ID when making outbound calls using Sell Voice. The current climate around spam calls and robocalls has many customers either not answering unknown numbers or blocking them as spam outright. We can eliminate that by having our numbers display our business name when making outbound calls. We need to have that ability built into the voice product.
