Hi 

I am trying to figure out what the difference is between INBOUND CALLS and REGULAR INBOUND CALLS.
Statistically, I get quite different results. Any advice would be appreciated. The definitions I found are unclear to me. Thank you!!!

Hi

I am trying to figure out how to work some trigger functionality by brand...so here goes:

Problem :

  • We have 2 BRANDS
  • A user visits our Help Center in Brand A and this logs a ticket in Support as Brand A 
  • When a user however goes to Brand B in chat the ticket is still logged under Brand A (brand A being our default brand).

What I have done:
I have tagged the Brand B ticket in Chat
I have set up a trigger in Support to try and change the Brand (and some forms I have) to Brand B

I hope this makes sense and would be grateful for any help.
