Rafael, thank you so much for your answer
I see that received_from, sent_to conditions are available in views. I need to know are these conditions available in triggers and automations. Unfortunately, sharing agreements are not configured in our dev account. Apparently you have them configured. Could you please tell me are are these conditions available in triggers and automations?
Greg, thank you for your attention
I've noticed received_from, sent_to and via_subtype_id conditions in json file our customer provided. I have no access to the real account so can not provide the link.
I also noticed that the such common conditions as brand_id and ticket_form_id are missed in the documentation too.
It would be great to document all these conditions brand_id, ticket_form_id, received_from, sent_to and via_subtype_id.

Hello!
Developing an app for one of our customer's I've noticed several view conditions existing in the views which are missed in the documentation.
These are the following: received_from, sent_to and via_subtype_id.
Could you please clarify the meaning of the conditions.

My nav_bar app is available by the url like this: https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/agent/apps/event-example-app/subdir
Is there a chance to get path ("subdir" in the example) inside the app code.
I'm aware about the app.route.changed event, but it works only if path changed after the app is loaded and doesn't work if I open the url first time.
The usecase is as follows. I need to open the url from an external system (email for example) and be able to get the path in my code.
Please advice.

Hi Alexander,
I think you can achieve this with Restrict CC app. https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/632185/restrict-cc
You need to install the app for the part of your team that works as internal support and set up it as follows:
So your internal support agents will be able to add to CC your company employees only, all other agents will be able to add anyone.

App marketplace provide developers an ability analyze how many visitors view app's detail page. To do this it's necessary to provide tracking ID in manifest.json Is Google Analytics 4 supported and we can use tracking ID in G-... form or only Universal Analytics supported and we mast use tracking ID in UA-...form?
