Do you have any update on when this will be released yet?

Might want to mention that sorting macros "by usage" is not available unless you are on a Professional or Enterprise plan...

I would like to ask for this feature to be brought back as well please. This was one of our main reasons to switch to Zendesk, so very disappointed to see this removed.
