Statement: - When you delete a support address, outgoing email notifications will no longer be sent from that address. Any tickets using the deleted support address will be given to the default address.
Question:- Will it use the Brands default address or accounts default address.?

Use Case:- If customer select an option from Drop Down some corresponding information should be auto populated.
e.g. if customer select Serial Number from drop down, System Configration/Site Address details should auto populate.

It will be great if we can use the custom status restricted as per Brand/Group, We are an enterprise and have multi brand setup. generic custom status will not help as it can be different per Brand/ Group.
Great Feature but for now it's not usable!
