For the this part Creating the standard calculated metric, Here are some corrections:
Does not work:
DATE_DIFF([Views - Date],[Article created - Date],"nb_of_days")
Work :
DATE_DIFF([Engagement - Date],[Article created - Date],"nb_of_days")
Does not work:
IF (VALUE(Days between creation and view) <= 30) THEN
SUM(Views)

Work:

Hello,
when will it be possible to pause SLA? Each workflow is different from one company to another, and this absence is very constraining.
In the meantime, why not create a new SLA policy including only the Open status?
