Thanks. It will be a great help in improving productivity of Zendesk App Devs as it will save us from all the preconfiguration before starting to actually develop/maintain our App

Tipene Hughes Thanks for the prompt response. Is there any readymade docker image for ZCLI so that I can start working on it without any prior installation or OS configurations(s) ?

We often need to develop and maitain Zendesk Apps which connects to our external APIs for data required for our Support operations. I often have to swtich on different machines whenever there is a new requirement in app, however a big chunk of time is wasted in settting up zat server so that we can use zat tools for updating apps. Sometimes the installation fails due to some error from ruby etc which really diminishes productivity at all.
Like other CRMs is it possible to have an official docker image of ZAT tools (with regular updates from your dev end) so that we can keep using the docker image if we have to use different machines for maintaining our customized Zendesk Apps (which we created using `zat new` command)?

Some strange behavior I have noticed. Please advise if there is some policy issue or is something disabled/not working on Zendesk API End.
GET /api/v2/tickets/{ticket_id}
When I'm trying to access above end point of Zendesk to View Ticket JSON as mentioned in the Zendesk Ticket Documentation (ref: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/tickets/tickets/#show-ticket) then I'm receiving the following response:
{"error": {"title": "Forbidden","message": "You do not have access to this page. Please contact the account owner of this help desk for further help."}}
Surprisingly its just this particular end point that is not working however if I'm accessing the some other GET point(s) like /api/v2/tickets (ref: same documentation page) with same credentails then its working fine. Pl see snapshot below
If there would have been any issue with my credentials/token then issue would have been also in this request. As you can see the headers section is 100% same for requests. Pl see snapshot below. Any idea where I'm not able to follow.

Thanks Christopher Kennedy it was really helpful. However rather than absorbing this error ideally zendesk should raise exception as `true` property is not allowed for lite-agents.

I'm unable to create a public comment in a zendesk ticket via API when I specify property author_id . When I supply `author_id` in PUT json request then only private ticket is being created even when I set public as `true`. If I remove `author_id` property completely from the json request then the comment is being posted from the user name from which I created bearer token (i.e admin). Pl help as I'm following zendesk documentation only!
Here is user details to confirm that author_id that I'm sending is a valid one
Returned comment json from comments api
