hello, has any one managed to creaate an API call from the flow builder on message to zendesk ticket fields.

Im trying to make a process where a user inputs an email and member ID and we can check if this is true, its telling me to make a connection but I keep getting a 401 error message

does anyone know a way that if a user uses abusive language to an answer bot it can understand that and respond?

eg a user says your company is S@~:@t  

answer bot says  - please don't swear at me

as an admin i want to be notified when a guide document has been added or edited, has any one found a way how to do this? ideally to a slack channel or email

you can set views for users in the admin dashboard under views tab name sure your agents are in groups then then add the group to the view
