Hello! We would also benefit from allowing custom user fields in the user profile part of the essential card. Now, it only gives us name, email, phone, and a notes box. We have some other important information that we would like to be able to add there.

I agree with the previous comments. We have a lot of users that use multiple email addresses and need to be able to reply to them from the one they sent in and also select one to reply based on their preferences. 

I agree as well. It would be beneficial for us to have the option to record all inbound calls but not outbound calls.
