Add the ability to export Messaging transcripts like you can in Chat.

This week. You can't download messaging conversation transcripts...

Allow users to download messaging transcripts just like you would in Chat. 

Hi, 

Please add a way to download full transcripts of messaging conversations. This was a feature in Live Chat so I'm not sure why it wasn't included. 

Yes please add this feature to Messaging. It seems like a no brainer to be able to pull full transcripts from conversations.

Is there any update on this? It's been well over 60 days since the march 22 update. 10 years since the feature request. 

This seems like a very normal feature to have with a phone support system. Please add this feature as many customers would like to see it.
