I have the same problem, I also see the checkboxes but no names of editors. I choose the editor in the listbox but no database is showed, only the same line Khadeeja Ibrahim gives in here question....

Is there any news about this item? In our implementation bounces are NOT even sent to the "Suspended folder". So we frequently check the original mailbox to find those mails.

Like Heather R already asked I would like to restrict the suspended tickets view (and hide) for agents. In our case the administrator handles those.
